The leadership of Assistance League of Indianapolis is elected by the membership each year. A nominating committee identifies candidates and presents a slate of nominees for the Executive Committee and the Elected Standing Committee. The slate is voted on by the voting membership at the April Meeting. There are 13 Board members.
