Operation School Bell

Empowering children to succeed

​Thousands of children in Indianapolis do not have adequate school clothing or shoes. This often diminishes their performance and reduces attendance in school. Operation School Bell offers three distinct divisions that provide new clothing, supplies and athletic shoes to underserved children, helping them to arrive at school ready to learn. School personnel from Indianapolis-area public school districts identify and refer the K - 5 students served by Apparel and Shoes. Selected elementary schools also receive kits of clothing items through the Beyond the Bell to help students with emergency and immediate-need situations.
